Van der Braak, André, Prof. Dr. is Professor of Buddhist Philosophy in Dialogue with other World Views, and Director of the Buddhist Chaplaincy Program, Faculty of Theology, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He is Coordinator of the international research projects "Multiple Religious Belonging" and "Religion and Social Cohesion" (with Renmin University of China). Main research areas: Buddhism and modernity, religious diversity, interreligious dialogue.
