Due to various circumstances, Ana had to undergo a hysterectomy at the age of 47, not knowing if she would save her ovaries or if she would enter into early menopause. Fortunately she was able to keep them, although she had already thoroughly researched menopause. Everything she experienced and learned, together with her training in low-carbohydrate nutrition, the regular practice of pelvic floor exercises, her training as a naturopath and nursing assistant technician, in addition to her studies in psychology, has generated a human cocktail through which she shows, with her own outward physical transformation and her changes in the way she sees life, how from the age of 40 one can choose between becoming old or aging with style, which is the same as rejuvenating with wisdom, serenity, joy and inner beauty.
