Allan Blunden
Dr Allan Blunden is a British translator specializing in German literature. He won the Schlegel-Tieck Prize in 2017 for his translation of Nightmare in Berlin by Hans Fallada, and has also translated biographies of Heidegger and Stefan Zweig, as well as Erhard Eppler's The Return of the State? , which was shortlisted for the 2010 Schlegel-Tieck Prize .
