Alexis Braud

Born in New Orleans and raised on Bayou Lafourche, Alexis Braud is Cajun through and through. A graduate of Nicholls State in Thibodaux in Fine Art, Alexis has built her career exploring the stories and folklore of Louisiana and creating her own tales of wonder and darkness. Alexis still lives along her native Bayou undaunted by land loss or hurricanes because her stories must be told.
