ALEXANDER MEDUNA, Associate Professor of Computer Science at the Brno University of Technology, received his PhD from Brno University in 1988. He is the author of Automata and Languages and over sixty papers related to the subject of this book. MARTIN SVEC received his PhD from the Brno University of Technology in 2005, where Alexander Meduna was his PhD advisor.
