Albert J. Mills is Director of the PhD (Management) program and Professor of Management in the Sobey School of Business, Saint Mary's University, Canada. Albert J. Mills is Director of the PhD (Management) program and Professor of Management in the Sobey School of Business, Saint Mary's University, Canada. He is the author and editor of 35 books and special issues. His forthcoming books include Gender and Aviation International Perspectives (London: Ashgate); The Oxford Handbook of Diversity in Organizations (Oxford, Oxford University Press); The Routledge Companion to Management and Organizational History (London: Routledge); and The Routledge Companion to Critical Management Studies (London: Routledge). He is currently working on two SSHRC (Social Sciences & Humanities Research Council of Canada) funded projects to study (i) intersectionity over time and (ii) the develop-ment and dispersement of management theory.
