Al Dugan

Al Dugan often traveled in Asia-Pacific countries for the twelve years during which he was an underwriter for Lloyd's in London and was specializing in marine insurance. Dugan grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended Jesuit High School and graduated from the Louisiana State University (LSU). He frequently sailed while growing up and continues to sail every year in the British Virgin Islands.
