I was completely surprised with this book. It is easy to understand and use. Mostly, it was like finding out hidden information about myself. If you have a little detective inside you, you'll love this book. It was fascinating to learn about the approach to how we express our letters when we write. After practicing my "problem areas", I found that there was a change within me. It really works, if you're open to it. It just proves to me that we are always more than we realize.
