BOLD is designed around the idea of accountability. You are accountable to your team, your career, your family, and yourself. A staple of the BOLD mindset is Daily Journaling and this journal will provide a tool ensuring you maintain your accountability. BOLD is designed to create and instill strong habits around two areas of your life, Who You Are Being and What You Are Actually Doing . The result of these two areas are naturally What You Will Have . - Consistency. The key to getting the most out of journaling is consistency. Journal every day. Everyday. Every. Day. Consistency will always beat out talent, every time. - Daily Gratitude. Gratitude is the one of the most powerful forces in the universe. Write 2-3 things that you are personally grateful for. Begin with "I am grateful for..." - Daily Affirmations. The neural science behind affirmations is well-documented. These can be written or spoken. Many of my peers also listen to these on YouTube while in the car on their way to appointments. Begin with the present tense such as "I am...", "I have", "I always", etc. Some examples: I have all that I need in order to succeed. I am motivated. I am a money maker. I am powerful. My clients want to hear from me. I am able to do amazing things. - Write down your GOALS. These have to be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely). Write your goal out 3-5 times. My BOLD coach had us write out one goal 10 times each day. - Things I Did Well. Write down a few successes. Celebrate your big wins. No big wins? Write down things you did, but didn't want to do. Some days "I got out of bed" is better than the alternative. Maintain Positive energy. - Things I Learned. At the end of each day, write down a few examples on the left side of your journal. -CHANGE THE WAY YOU LOOK AT THINGS AND THE THINGS YOU LOOK AT CHANGE -LIFE BY DESIGN, NOT BY DEFAULT-BE. DO. HAVE.-THERE IS NO TRY-DON'T LISTEN TO YOUR DRUNK MONKEY-WHAT YOU FOCUS ON EXPANDS-COMPLAINING = GARBAGE MAGNET-WANT = LACK-COME FROM CONTRIBUTION-DO WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS DONE, AND YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN-IF IT IS NOT ON YOUR SCHEDULE, IT DOESN'T EXIST-YOU CAN HAVE REASONS OR RESULTS, AND YOU CAN'T HAVE BOTH.-ALL WORK EXPANDS TO FILL THE TIME ALLOWED-SUCCESS IS SIMPLE, NOT EASY-KEEP YOUR EMOTIONS BETWEEN THE LINES-DON'T MISTAKE MOVEMENT FOR ACHIEVEMENT-MOTION = EMOTION-CLARITY IS POWER-IT'S NOT ABOUT SELLING REAL ESTATE, IT'S ABOUT FOLLOWING A SCHEDULE-PEOPLE WILL GROW INTO THE CONVERSATIONS YOU CREATE AROUND THEM-CHANGE YOUR THINKING - CHANGE YOUR WORLD-DON'T COMPARE YOUR INSIDES TO OTHER PEOPLE'S OUTSIDES-FEAR OR FAITH... YOU CHOOSE-FOCUS ON THE PLAN, NOT THE PROBLEM-LOGIC MAKES YOU THINK, EMOTIONS MAKE YOU ACT-NO PRESSURE - NO DIAMONDS-YOUR CELLS EAVESDROP ON YOUR THOUGHTS-THINGS AREN'T ALWAYS HOW THEY APPEAR TO BE-YOUR BUSINESS GROWS TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU DO-YOU TEACH PEOPLE HOW TO TREAT YOU-SPONTANEITY IS A CONDITIONED REFLEX-HOW YOU PARTICIPATE IN HERE IS HOW YOU PARTICIPATE EVERYWHERE-THE PURPOSE OF BUSINESS IS TO FUND A PERFECT LIFE-YOU
