This is the book that can show us how to turn back our biological clocks--how to put off 70% of the normal problems of aging (weakness, sore joints, bad balance) and eliminate 50% of serious illness and injury. getting younger yet?
This is a great book. Easy read. Simple to understand and yet factual. Should be a MUST read when you hit 30! I know they say it is for the 50+ but we all need to read this and see how to better balanc our lives and health.

Must read!
This is a must read for any woman approaching "50". It is very informative but does not read like a "text" book. I will keep this on my nightstand for reinforcement for years to come.
