Brought as a gift for my girlfriends granddaughter. But I quick read it when it arrived. Very nice dust jacket... well made...wonderful pictures...good copy..there were the correct warnings to young people in doing each set or exercise...remind them to limb up...get into the right postion.etc...her mother had to take the book away from her...she wanted to sit down and read it in the middle of the Christmas party...she didn't even want to open her other gifts...her mother thank me for the gift...and the price was right.
