Tommy Centola, a lifelong New Orleans resident, moved to Searcy, Arkansas, after Hurricane Katrina. He lives with his wife Peggy, and their two dogs: MLP (My Little Precious) Hope and his Buddy Alfredeaux. You Can't Take New Orleans Out of the Cook represents his love for all things New Orleans.
