Very helpful. Nice diagrams of muscle groups that are utilized in poses. Also, book points out which muscle groups are worked versus stretched in each pose which was very useful for my practice.

Fun and Informative
I love books that provide an interior look into the way the body works when it's in motion or engaged in an activity. This book takes an approach similar to Delavier's wonderful "Strength Training" series... it shows a Yoga Asana and then provides a detailed interior view of how the bones and muscles are interacting to achieve that pose. Splendid work.
