Vocalist Diana Mangano sounds remarkably similar to her predecessor, and helps to create a very Jefferson Airplane-ish vibe. This may not be the best album from the Starship/Airplane catalog, but it served as a stunning reminder that, as of 1999, much of the '60s psychedelic subculture was still alive and well and standing at the Windows of Heaven. ~ Michael B.
