Seller's Description:
Near Fine in Near Fine jacket. 12mo-over 6¾"-7¾" tall. A posthumous publication of recollections by the model for Buck Mulligan in"Ulysses." This is a Near Fine copy of the First Edition (stated"First published in August 1963). Olive green paper-covered boards with gilt titling on the spine. Clean text; 27 pages. This is an ex-library copy, but with very minimal "treatments': the library's bookplate on the front paste-down, and a penciled special collections number on the copyright page. One wonders why this small, wonderful book needed to be de-accessioned; it certainly would not take up very much shelf-space. Ah well. The dustwrapper is also Near Fine; just some hints of wear/wrinkling at the margins; it has been clipped and there is a faint price-stamp on the flap. In an archival plastic protector.
