When the Cadets met the Jacks it was an intimate reunion indeed, since they were the same group. The idea was that the group would track uptempo material as the Cadets for the RPM label and handle ballads as the Jacks on the Modern label (with LPs being issued on Crown), all three imprints falling under the Bihari Brothers umbrella.
