Homoeopathy has now stood upon its merits for nearly three quarters of a century. Despised and rejected as a thera pontic reform within the bounds of the old school, which was all it ever pretended or wished to be, it has been obliged to erect itself into an independent system. The great read ing, thinking and progressive public does not share the epin ions, the prejudices, the infatuations of Allopathic physi eiaus with respect to Homoeopathy. It sees no humbug, or quackery, or imposture in it, and, when appealed to, is always determined to give us fair play, a full hearing and equal rights before the law.
