Mental Illness can be devastating to those who suffer from it. Often times family members and other loved ones have a hard time understanding the behavior of someone who has a mental illness. I wrote this book to share some of my experiences as they relate to my mental illness. Mental illness is a real illness but is oftentimes discredited because the person who suffers from it may not have outward signs of the illness. Unfortunately Hollywood has portrayed people who have a mental illness in a negative light. That"s Hollywood though and not real life. I want to break the stigma that many in society have placed on people who have a mental illness.I want to dispel many of the false beliefs that many people hold true about people who have a mental illness. Thank you for being compassionate enough toward people who have a mental illness to read this book and help spread mental illness awareness.
