Jeff King was an old medicine man who remembered the ceremonial and celebrated it "night and day" for the warriors. In this twenty-fifth-anniversary second edition the format is handier than in the first, and the hauntingly beautiful serigraph plates--based on original works executed in cornmeal and pollen on buckskin--are equal in quality to those of the legendary first edition.
