Author Laura Benet's memoir about her two famous brothers, William Rose Benet and Stephen Vincent Benet, their growing up years, their father, a West Point graduate whose droll sense of humor is preseved in stories and poems, and their mother, fearfully indulgent of her children, who made a home for them on many army bases. Orange cloth black titled on spine, very clean and unmarked with slight rubbing of bottom edges and spine head. Tight and solid sewn binding. Interior fine also. Jacket has some dark marks near the bottom edge and small smudges, but generally clean, a touch of edgewear only. 111 pages. 8vo 1976, Dodd, Mead & Company, USA.
