This is the best book I have ever read and ultimately able to use for "goal setting". I teach selling and coaching and buy many of these books to give away to my students explicitly to help them with setting goals. The goal setting program works; I have used it for a number of years. I have witnessed many students utilize the program with great results as well. This is a book to own and review often if you long to learn how to set and reach your goals. Most people never write down their goals and this book will show you how to do it.
