The synthesized arrangements make this a less than stellar Delroy Wilson release, but the parallels with Marvin Gaye suggested by the album's title and the two Gaye covers it contains ("What's Going On," "Ain't That Peculiar") is definitely interesting, since in may ways Wilson was Jamaica's Marvin Gaye, right down to his early and tragic demise.
