Basics

This little book is part of a series called Nine Marks, which looks at the essentials of Christianity. Gilbert is able to break down the basics of the good news by also explaining what the gospel is not, and when our attempts to explain it fall short if we don't include the fact that we as sinners stand under the judgment of a holy God (the bad news) and that Jesus Christ has provided a way for us to be in right relationship with God through His death and resurrection (the good news). A good review.
