Wonderful chapters, black and white photos about the life and times living in France and the least of all: recipes for French food.
Well written book: it is not just about recipes but more importantly the book is about the life of the Wells in France.

No politics,PLEASE!
This a book where you should not have to read of political opinion of one of the authors. When Walter Wells starts down that path, the whole atmosphere of the book was tainted. He seems to me to suffer from being "Mr. Patricia Wells" too often. Patricia Wells writes very well and, for the most part, you are there with her for the experiences she describes. I have all her books and have enjoyed them..
