Seller's Description:
Very Good in Very Good jacket. Size: 8vo-over 7.75"-9.75" tall; Gift quality first edition hardcover in rust cloth covered boards with bumped spine ends and sharp tips. Two feint little marks near foot of frt board and some light age-toning on endpapers. No names, tears or soil in the 141pp text. Original orange background dust wrapper with white titles and black line drawing on frt and rear panlels shows a couple of closed tears and moderate color loss at tips but displays well in new mylar. In this tale, the 'Good Magicians' are against the 'Bad Magicians', and part of Joey's job was rescuing child hostages from the 'bad' ones. Joey has three people to rescue in this trip and although the job came up while he was on a vacation and to the end, disaster seemed unavoidable, but by then Joey knew that, if he'd lost a holiday, he'd found some pretty good friends.
