There is a lot of great information in the book that is useful for a vitamins or a basic nutrition course. I really like the author's organic and biochemistry explanations on the vitamins and how they work in the body. The content is comprehensive and if I was teaching a nutrition class or studying nutrition, I would recommend getting the book. There is a vast amount of information that is useful in this book. The quick summary of the vitamins is a great! For a college level nutrition or vitamin class this is a great book to have. It is a great deal, because nutrition books are usually so expensive.
