Whereas the CD was advertised as "Used" upon opening it there wasn't the slightest sign that it had been used. I've had "New" CD's that didn't look as good as this CD.
In my opinion the only thing missing was the cellophane wrapper. I couldn't be happier. Needless to say, it played well.
