There is also some white ink stains on 3 or 4 pages but nothing grossly destructive. French Language text in ballad or poetic form. Apparently very interesting tales by Villon a professional criminal who lived 1431-1463. Well educated until his 25th year when he then killed a man in a knife fight. From then on he was in trouble with the Law for various charges mostly theft.
