Fair. 474 p., clean and unmarked except for names of former owners on front pastedown (with a label showing this to have been part of an inheritance) and penciled markings on 4-page cataloge preceding title page. The top portion of the catalog is torn away, as is a small portion of the upper portion of the title page, above title. Page 458 to 474, and back paste-down have what appear to be damp stains at upper edges; and on p. 466 are penny-sized brown splatters. Back end pages torn out. Binding is firm but signatures split between pp. 256-257; brown leather boards scuffed and bumped; gilt lettering on black patch on spien is legible. Price much reduced because of the condition of the book--one of the few editions with all 101 sermons in one volume.
