This is a great read and it's very practical for dealing with difficult people and / or situations. If you work in a profession where you're frequently interacting with frustrated or difficult people, this book is worth a very careful read. My Sensei told me about a course that was only for law enforcement, but when i found the book I had to read it. Just like practical Martial arts, this book gives a lot of no-nonsense information that is easy to digest and it actually works! i used it on my wife and colleagues at work WOW it's amazing what a few pointers and methods will do to ease tension and get results!
