Next, the gdss asks them for anonymous judgments, it asks them about their own uncertainties, and it asks them to self-rate their expertise. After all the team members have entered their judg ments, the system does some aggregation of the Opinions and feeds back a first round set of judgments from the group. The group goes through a series of these rounds until a decision is reached. The system certainly does not make the decision, but it provides an effective and efficient group decision-making process.
