I have just finished reading this book. This book had quite a different approach to others I have. It explains why we have survival reactions, such as rolling-off the throttle when trouble looms, and why they usually cause serious problems when riding our bikes. The book then goes into a lot of detail to tell how to avoid these reactions, and therefore become much better riders. I have lots of things I will be trying as a result.
