Depression ranges in severity from mild sadness like the "blahs" to thoughts of suicide. Sadly, almost every human being has had some form of depression throughout a lifetime. Depression is a solitary darkness. This small book is for those who are experiencing all forms of depression. At the very least, loved ones and friends can learn that telling a depressed person to "get over it" is cruel because depression is an evil taskmaster and will not let go simply because we want to get over it.
