Signed presentation from the author on the front endpaper, "John with all good wishes from Ruthven 18. xii. 1946." It would be nice to think that 'John' = John Piper, the printed co-dedicatee of the book (with Geoggrey Grigson). Very good indeed in slightly used, near very good dust jacket, with minor edgewear.
