Difficult in substance
I ordered this book because of the movie Recount. Only then did I realise the impact of the mess in Florida on the 2000 presidential election. I hoped by ordering the book to gain additional insight on what happened. The book provided me with this information. However, a topic on Election Laws will be rather difficult to grasp for a non-American like myself.
