In fact, it's not necessarily even a hits collection, although it contains a fair share of big singles, including "We Both Walk," "Half Enough," "Good as I Was to You," "Go Away," and "He Talks to Me." Instead, it's a bit haphazard, containing the aforementioned hits, some smaller hits, previously released material that never charted, unreleased recordings (including a fine reading of Tammy Wynette's "Another Lonely Song"), and new recordings (including a live version of Sarah McLachlan's "Angel"). That means To Get to You is hardly a greatest-hits collection, but it nevertheless is a fine, fairly representative sampler, showcasing Morgan's terrific voice and ability to tackle everything from straight country to smooth ballads.
