Living a premature and somewhat humbling retirement, elderly British spy George Smiley (Alec Guinness) is abruptly resurrected by his former boss Lacon (Anthony Bate) with an ultra-secret mission: find the double agent in the ranks of the British Secret Service. This is the first of a two set mini series by the BBC. After all these years and seeing this a few times it never gets old the acting is wonderful and I always find something I missed before. I would reccommend this series to anyone who enjoys entertainment where you need to think and follow the story line.
