The collection begins with "Atlantic City (My Old Friend)," the song Goulet sang in the 1980 film Atlantic City. "What I Did for Love," one of two songs given a disco arrangement, originated in the 1975 musical A Chorus Line. "You Light Up My Life" is Goulet's cover of the 1977 Debby Boone hit.
