In essence, it's the highlights of what could pass for the "radio version" of The Third Man, and could properly be overlooked entirely, except for two things: that Anton Karas's music is so prominent in the sound mix of the movie, that it is a big part even of this transcription; and it's a very high quality recording (perhaps lifted from the restored 35mm edition or The Criterion Collection DVD. The latter seems especially likely since it contains the audio portion of a newsreel of an Anton Karas stage performance on the zither that also appears on the DVD.
