So, I wrote this book not only to learn and catalogue my father's recipes, but to do for my dad was he was never able to do for his. I want to have the ability to cook his dishes, taste them, and say, this tastes like dad for the rest of my life. Despite my father's upbringing in the bakery, all of the recipes in this book are delicious and healthy. So, cook and enjoy not only the food, but also the time spent with your loved ones, because you'll never truly guess how many things you too can learn at the dinner table.
