The boards and slipcase have been individually covered in adire from Abeokuta ( a batik-like textile) for this deluxe edition. Additionally, this copy has been inscribed for Walter K. Wilson (Editorial Consultant on this project) by others involved in the project as well: William Fagg (editor), Derek Birdsall (art director), Fiona MacGregor (art editor), David Herbert ( Studio Vista Publisher), Michael Foreman (illustrator), and Peccinotti ( photographer). 4 pages of production details written by Walter K.
