Book. Octavo, vii, ix, xi, xiv, 485 pages. In Very Good minus condition. Bound in the publisher's dark blue cloth bearing gilt lettering to the spine. Boards have slight wear exteriorly with moderate wear to joints and to the head/tail edges. Protected with a mylar covering. Text block shows dark green coloring to the head edge with modest age toning to the fore and tail edges. Faint offsetting to the end papers with small tape mend to head edge to flyleaf and few finger marks to few first pages. Covered stamped text to the title page. Frontispiece. Illustrated.
