Near Fine in Very Good+ dust jacket. Hardcover with dustjacket, first printing as stated on copyright page, many photos and diagrams, "an absorbing account of the genesis of the program and of the astronauts themselves, " book is in excellent condition, a tiny touch of rubbing at the corners and a small amount of mild tanning on the blank end-papers are the only remarkable flaws and they are minor ones, the jacket is price-clipped, has a small amount of edge-rubbing, one tiny edge-tear and mild edge-tanning at the top of the flaps and to the yellow spine-title, once again, the flaws are minor, the jacket's overall appearance is quite nice and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included, illustrated with many photos and diagrams.
