Reading this book is like sitting down with your most trusted (and knowledgeable) friend and picking her brain about every possible trick out there to look your best.
The research is so thorough, and I learned so much about nutrition and my skin. My entire perspective on food has shifted. It turns out the stuff we eat really does have a big impact on our bodies, and you can use that fact to make food work for you.
I've been following the recipes and do-it-yourself skin treatments for just over two weeks and am amazed at how responsive my skin has been. I've had uneven skin tone and "splotchiness" for years. It's gone. My makeup is going to last me much longer now :)
My recommendation: get this book, immediately apply the Skin Brightening Coconut Oil Exfoliant Mask (my favorite) and start reading. I wish I had understood everything in this book a long time ago but I'm so happy now.
