As usual, military brat craziness abounds. Book 4, from the narrator's humorous perspective, also contains poignant moments that help him on his wild, and sometimes confusing, ride of teenage self-discovery. This latest installment of "The World," introduces a wide spectrum of new and influential and unforgettable characters.
