Here is a late Victorian edition of the works by the famed Irish satirist (1751-1816) that includes his most famous works, "The Rivals" and "The School for Scandal." Two volumes in green pebbled cloth with leather spines; gilt lettering on the spines. Clean texts, generally bright and fresh but with some scattered spotting.; xliii, 292 pages, and 316 pages; top edges are gilt. Corners are bumped; show a bit of rubbing and flaking on the spines.
