A good read...helps explain Dr. Simeon's approach to dieting. He says that weight around our middle is caused by a faulty hypothalamus gland. He worked for 25 years to get a good plan to reset this gland.
I'm enjoying the process and doing well.

HCG, food additives and the money behind the beast
I had no idea. It's all so clear now. I had put way too much trust in the organizations who have been providing the food for the masses. Read this book, it's a real eye opener. I was turned on to this book after watching the film, "Food, Inc."
The FDA does not always have our best interest at heart. I have been living healthier ever since I purchased this product.

Too many contradictions. TV ad says no exercise. Books requires 1 hour per day of walking. No mention of injections in TV ad. Book requires a licensed physician to provide supervision and to oversee some sort of injection every morning. Much too complicated and costly for every day people.

Kevin has a lot of good information but to really use the weight loss cure he talks about, you either have to be reallllllly rich or live outside of the USA and the FDA. I was disappointed in realizing that although Kevin has great information, it's about selling books.
