"Joseph Stacpoole, at Dartford, in the county of Kent, on the 17th day of August, one thousand seven hundred and seventy-five, aided and abetted by William Gapper and James Lagier, unlawfully and willfully, made an assault upon and shot at one John Parker...the defendants were found not guilty."
