Useful guide
I find C W one of the most interesting writers I have ever come across. Initially I was intrigued by the novels, but quickly fascinated by his highly original and always stimulating approach to just about anything. Hie theology is a million miles from pious platitudes and his poetry, admittedly pretty difficult, ia rewarding enough to make one persevere.
This little volume is useful in unravelling some of the complexities of the poems and we can be grateful to Anne Ridler for putting it together.
