Good. No Jacket. 2nd edition. The boards are very shelf rubbed, edge worn and marked, with tearing along the edges of the spine and the gilt faded. Despite this, the boards remain whole and strong. Internally, there is a previous owner's signature under the front board and the hinges are cracked. There is very mild tanning and creasing on some of the pages throughout, but there are no markings or inscriptions, and the pages within are crisp, clean and complete with all illustrations. The binding is secure. In decent condition considering the age of the book! JK.
